The Flayer
"One Part Agony, Three Parts Cold Wought Iron" Go into the Tomb of the Traitor PQ and find the dead Flayerkin at this location. Loot the Flayer-Kin's Scaling Chains from the Dead Flayerkin here. Turn this in to Breitenhoff the Faithful in the Empire Chapter 17 hub for the unlock. It is possible that you might have to get two other pieces, one from a Dead Flayerkin at 10k, 49k in High Pass, and one from another Dead Flayerkin at 47k, 33k in West Praag. |
