Who will rise to help me lead the Trinity? Over the past 2 weeks we have lost a lot of our leadership who has historically assisted me in running the trinity. Some such as Gabale and Celebtyr have risen to the challenge to help me out but we need more. If were going to make a solid go at Tier 4 I will need a minimum of 6 Leaders with 6 Co-Leaders to stand up and take the helm of PuG warbands.
After experimenting in the lower tiers and my one excursion last week into T4, I've come up with a new Trinity Formula I plan to roll with.
My Warband: (Full Vented Alliance/Tuatha Based Warband) - This warband will be the axe we take to the skull of destruction. If we fill up and have more vented we can split into 2 Warbands Pure vented.
WB2: 2 Vented Alliance Members, 22 PuG Players
WB3: 2 Vented Alliance Members, 22 PuG Players
WB4: 2 Vented Alliance Members, 22 PuG Players
WB5: 2 Vented Alliance Members, 22 PuG Players
The PuG based non-vented warbands will be used to keep the attention of the Destruction resistance. They will be used to babysit BO's, defend keeps, assault keeps and be major warforce. We will use the PuG to our advantage and channel them as best as we can to be most effective. If we do it right we'll have a major premade force that can flank and move quickly to counter destruction forces. We will try to give it a go on saturday like this. I will need players with me in Tier 3. I plan on running all 3 pairings at the same time all night long and will need folks willing to split from the main force for the benefit of the whole. I want to have us in prime position to start hitting up Tier 4 hard in the next few weeks.
