Nothing has changed. It doesn't meet the requirements for a chapter. But nor do any of the 13 on the survey. All of them are lacking at least 1 piece of the puzzle. Right now there are NO options on the table that suit everyone's needs. It's why we created the Seed concept in the first place. 

So the combat would be similar to Age of Conan type fighting style?

I got into the their latest weekend event. Still feels like it has a ways to go before it ready for an official release, but even now the game looks amazing, Allods Team's artists have out done themselves when compared to Allods Online. The only thing I don't like about it is the map system, each map is enclosed. No wandering from map to map, you go to a teleport node to bring up the world map/celestial map and click on the marker for the location you want to go to.

Oh, Allods and My.com are doing this?  Hm, how did I miss that.  /derp   I'll have to comb through my emails again, I may have glossed over an access email for this game, because now something is ringing a bell.

What's with all the Asian games that the girls are all dressed like prostitutes to fight monsters? If we ever have the zombie apocalypse, I don't think my wife will run and put on a silk nightgown and run out the door with a butcher knife to fight them.

NO NO NO....... Guild Wars 2 Forever ! Well maybe GW 3 and 4 when they come out 10 years or so from now.

Haha Feathers.   In the back my mind, while I was reading this, I was thinking "why would I play this instead of the Guild Wars 2 expansion?"

That said, the combat does seem to have a lot in common with GW2 (with a dash of neverwinter nights) and that's a good thing.

I have recently started to follow this.  What caught my attention was one of the 13 classes they will have at launch (if all goes as planned) is the Witch.  Not many games have had a true "witch" class and this seems like it might.

"Witches and Warlocks have an arsenal of dark sorcery at their disposal: terrible curses, frightening creatures, mysterious potions and, of course, their trusty broom, which acts as both a powerful weapon and a means of transportation. They are highly unpredictable, but you can be sure of one thing: these dark sorcerers will always act in their own interest."

I have never considered a "sorc" a true witch and while some games have warlocks, I have always held a slight disdain, when playing a female character, being classified as a "warlock".

If you haven't read about all 13 classes take a gander.  It wasn't until I saw the list that I actually became interested.

Moving to the StreamTeam forum as it is no longer in the running for possible chapter. We will however have a Guild Setup for use in our livestreams that your welcome to gather in and hang out if you like under the understanding that it's not a formal guild and we wont be organizing it at all. It will be purely for use during our visits with the Streams of Epic Adventure and Fog's Side Quests.

If anyone else is participating in this on the 16th, in preparation for the stream team events, you are looking at a good 10GB download.  I advice starting early!

You can get invites to any one of the three current clans if you are playing.  Contact Myself (Jairone Valdis in game,) FallenAngel (MrFallenAngel in game,) of Foghladha (Foghladha in game.)  Each of us is currently at a clan lead position within the Pantheon.
To explain that a little, the guild system limits the people in a Pantheon overall, and in each Pantheon there are clans.  Each clan is effectively a sub-group of the guild.  So, you are all in one guild, but in different clans/subgroups.

For those who may be interested, the game is actually pretty fun.

We have now unlocked a 4th clan.

Also throwing this out there in case it's not already known: if you need help figuring things out or just want a friend to gain prestige/various currency or hang out let us know! Few of us have low level alt accounts for this purpose :)

so i got a chance to play this a few weeks back and here's my opinion.  The combat lacks a lot, The fights are extremely boring.  There definition of challenging fights are just more health, the ai in the game barely fights you at all and they just have a lot of health.  Unless they drastically change combat in this game which i doubt this is my prediction.  player logs into game for first time plays and plays for about 1-3hrs and then gets extremely bored and will never play it again. \

obviously my opinion and i encourage people to try it for themselves, however dont expect much at all.

So our long term goal is to advance the Pantheon to be able to unlock the Pantheon Wars. I'd like to have it a lot more advanced by the time we do the stream in Nov. I'd like to show off some of the more advanced features. So keep plugging away and go ahead and push those characters further.

has anyone else been getting objections from other virus/malware apps about my.com's launcher?

Most of the problems (from what I have heard) are about the seeding that it does.  When you get the launcher, go to the settings (gear) in the upper right hand corner, and disable 'continue distributing after download.'  You can also decide to remove from startup upon your computer booting.

Its most likely blocking bad ips from its behind the scenes file torrent system. I get the popups too but it doesnt affect me.
