The guild has again proven we can clear TD. Last Wednesday we again got a full clear on TD with a full group of guildmembers. Thanks to Jarren and Treea for stepping up and doing the tanking and off tanking. It may not seem like much but, every small achievement we gain moves us forward and into more end game content. Now that most of us have gotten our big boy and big girl pants on we need to look to the future and the challenges that lie ahead. Farming golums in IROTP and raid rifts are the next steps in getting the gear our guildembers need if we wish to follow our dreams of progressing in end game content in Rift. This is where the guilds next generation of leaders steps in and moves up the ranks. I will be looking for someone to step up and sieze this opportunity to start leading events the guild needs. If someone wants to take over the TD runs I can then focus on Golum farming and raid rifts.  Even better yet, they could host these new events if they wanted to do so. The more people we have leading and hosting events the more opportunities we as a guild will have to grow and progress. If this is something you want to try and attempt let me or your mentor know if you have one. The only way we are going to move forward is by people stepping up and leading. Once we have enough people who want to help out and lead then we can focus on doing what has to be done such as class leads and more focus on builds and macros. Until then all we can do is work on the basics and try to get the gear we need by attempting new events.

Eluveitie,

Last night during the TD raid, you were speaking about the guild getting into some expert dungeons. And you are right, you can't carry the entire load of running everything.  I will sign up for all the events I have the time for, and keep trying to learn. I have been taking notes and reading everything available; although some of the descriptions are years old and not trustworthy as guides. I am sure that at some point I will have enough experience to do some events and try to help with the load. I think another few sessions on leader ship and most importantly what add-ons you use are in order. Most of the time it is the "mechanics" that give me a hard time. You seem to know in advance when cleansing and interrupts are required. is that acquired by repetition; or do you have an add-on that prompts you? I want to take on more responsibility and I'm willing to put the time in and learn.

Max
