After a week of fun filled Alpha and Beta exposure it was time to get serious again and find a game that holds my intrest and is fun to play. I am tired of all the reviews out there. They all result with the conclusion that everything that was not Vanilla WOW back in the hay days is garbage. Yes I have come to accept that nothing new has or probably will come along as long as investors and money is involved will be as good. In the mean time I have played my share of lemons and a few games that were fun for a bit until the grind got old. I tried GW2 and had some fun but not being able to reset your mastery points ruined the game for me. I tried Bless and again had fun but no decent guild to play with. So hopefully 3rd time is the charm. Gloria Victus a non tab target medieval game with; siege and pvp plus all the crafting I could ever want. It is a buy to play game but, for 10 dollars U.S. It was a risk I figured I would take. I waste more on coffee and alcohol in a week. So far I am not dissapointed. I have mostly played with the quest line and leveling goes quickly. No goofy builds or mechanics to figure out. Just your ability to hack and slash your way through enemies with classic weapons. Simplicity works for me and Mango likes the gore and blood. So if your bored and want to try something new give Gloria Victus a shot. Best 10 dollars spent in a long time.
