Greetings Everyone,

As you know we kickoff Great Tyrian Adventure Season 2 tonight. I wanted to coordinate with you all in advance so that things go as smoothly as it can. Theres a few things I would like all of you who are attending to think about and a few requests.

1. The Great Tyrian Adventure is our Flagship

Tonight will be the first time members from Sanctum of Rall and even other servers will get to know our family, what we do, and how we do it. The Major Community events like Battle for Badlands, Telara Saga, and Great Tyrian Adventure are introductions to our family. Both from a new member acquisition perspective and from a introducing our family to the greater community perspective. What goes down tonight needs to be a direct representation of what life is like in the Gaiscioch Family. Which brings me to point 2.

2. Be the Gaiscioch Way

For those that haven't read it yet please visit the Gaiscioch Way. It is very very very important that we are all on our best behavior tonight and act as a Gaiscioch should. Please refrain from talking over one another, telling inappropriate jokes, talking religion or politics during the event, or talking so much that I cant give instructions. I need you guys to help me out tonight. It's going to be chaotic, I will be stressed out, and I will need you all to help keep this thing running smoothly by being overly patient with our new participants, be helpful, if someone gets stuck help them out. Go out of your way to make sure each and every one of their experience is the best. This event is VERY public, and any rudeness, short temper, snyde remarks, will not only award you a global mute but it will also be broadcast to the world which brings me to #3.

3. This event is LIVE on Twitch.tv

I will be broadcasting live, so if your a jackwaggon you will be a jackwaggon not only in front of the community here but also to the entire viewing audience. These events will be recorded and replayable. Anything you do or say will be held against us in the court of internet slander. There will be trolls, there will be people who purposely try to make us fail. Expect it. This is where we shine and they fail. Be the Gaiscioch I know you as. Don't feed the trolls. Our eldership will remove them as fast as we see them appear. Lets make this fun and rewarding for everyone.

4. Mesmers Assemble!

If you're asking yourself, "should I bring my mesmer tonight" the answer is YES! pretty please. We will need to be able to move hundreds of people on the drop of a hat. Only 20 people per portal. So we're going to need at least 10 mesmers on hand. I will be trying to lead everyone through the jumping puzzle parts of the missions step by step. But those that can not complete it in the designated time will need a portal. I may even send groups in in waves.

5. Lets Show The Gaiscioch!

Our biggest challenge tonight by far will be the Puzzles. You all have been doing Guild Missions with me several times a week for months on end and you will be doing more each week with Jessica and Prissy as well. I need your skill tonight. We will be sending people in, in waves. Each commander will bring their group in separately. I will need people willing to continuously complete each leg of the Puzzle. So if it's battery collection you'll keep that door open and collect batteries until the 15 minute mark. If it's plugging vents for icicles you'll plug them in the right order. If it's lighting torches you'll be lighting those torches. I want these 5 man teams to be grouped together so they can coordinate. I will create rooms in raidcall for each group to jump into. It will be your job to keep your leg of the puzzle open. Based on which puzzle we end up with I will name rooms accordingly. I will need you guys to take initiative and group up together and get a 5 man team in the channel together to help keep people flowing through. If we get curtains we may need 3 teams of 5 for that stage. 

6. Please Help Keep Me Sane!

This is going to be Really Chaotic. If you can help me invite people to [SORC] you see without a sorc tag and sent them the below message after you invite them it would help alot.

I need you not to troll, talk over me, or fill the channel with random chatter. When we're in a mission I need everything to be mission critical.

Final Words:

Tonight by far will be the worst night. From here it will all get easier. We will get more refined, the process will get easier, and we will become more successful. Please do not let tonight bog you down, stress you out, or frustrate you. We will do everything in our power to make this run as smooth as possible and the first night is always the worst. In the end this is what Gaiscioch is good at. We host these things like nobody else. Lets continue to be awesome and do our best to be welcoming and friendly. Thanks for you help and support.

Gatekeeper Assemble!

If you would like to be one of the Gatekeepers of the Puzzle please reply to this post. If you volunteer for this part you won't move forward until the 10 minute remaining mark. Then Group 1 will go forward until they are with Group 2, Group 1 and 2 will move forward until their will group 3. DO NOT leave the room you are currently assigned too. It will reset and you will be ported back to the start of the stage.

I'm happy to help anyway I can.  My Mesmer doesn't have enough waypoints though, as she is only level 20 something.  I do have a tag if you need it.
