So I've been bouncing this idea off various folks for past year, year n a half. I've helped countless people with them, I've seen some continuously struggle, I've seen some improve and love them, and so many just give up, especially when they're so close :(
I'm talking, of course, about jumping puzzles.
Now I know there's an event out there once a month or so to help folks get 12 for monthly quickly via porting, but we don't really have anything for teaching them. I'd like to change that, if you folks are still interested in a large enough group to let me :)
It'd be weekly (or failing that, bi-weekly), and it would come with me streaming live so I can try n help show how to angle the camera or time the jumps, rather than trying to rely solely on explaining it verbally or textually. It would only "speed run" them if everyone grasps it quickly, otherwise we'll take as long as is needed for everyone to finish together (So to speak).
Veterans and newbies to JPs alike are both welcomed, because as much as I want to teach it, I also want it to be fun and entertaining for however long we're together trying for them.
So I posit the question to you; are you folks interested? I sure am. I love jumping puzzles, though I think everyone's long since known that xD.
And secondly; what day(s) or time(s) would you prefer for this event? Keep in mind, I have to avoid overlapping with any regularly established events, but other than that go wild. I have no unavailable times at the moment, though I confess I have a rather witty name if we choose Friday.
