I found a small WvW guide here, on the official forums https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/pvp/wuvwuv/The-Basics-of-WvW-guide-and-more . It seems to give a pretty good overview on that part of the game and there are also some decent video guides on Youtube. Or join one of the Family's WvW events, people will more than happy to share their knowledge. Prissy's event tonight is a particularly good one to attend, as it has a focus on showing people the WvW ropes.
As far as Spvp is concerned, I'm not familiar with that at all, so someone else will have to chime in on that portion of PvP.
