Is this armour ingame?

There is always those armours you think "Damn! How do I find that?". Some examples are when you check the PvP Armour Locker in Heart of the Mists and find out that some of that armour is not in the PvE armour selection. Instead, they are under a different name.

So, here is one to see if any of you know if we can get it or if this NPC is just.. well.. special :P

Feel free to post away other armours if you want to know where they are found too!

It is to my knowledge that all armour skins you find in PVP can be found in PVE, however, a few of them are ONLY acquired through personal story quests, the armour skins are given out around lv 75+ missions, early on missions give you cultural weapon skins too but those are not unique to the story itself, so its really the armour that's hard to get, because if you accidently sold it, the only way to get it is to replay another character upward I am still resenting selling the commando pants I got, that I really want now; but its a lv78 mission, not sure when I will put in time to level up another medium armor class to acquire it

Yeah, Marrra and I found out that some of those skins we really really wanted was up at those level brackets. Unfortunate for me, I wasn't looking at them properly at that point on my Guardian and probably missed out on a set I would have liked :P Thankfully, she got what she wanted for the Commando stuff! When I am not at work, I will post in the Guide area the links I have at home to the galleries on Dulfy, etc, that show what stuff is crafted and what some of the PvP skins are in the PvE realm. The one though so far that I didn't know how to find, if I could, was the above one. I am leaning towards: The NPC has it and we can't. The closest I would get to that would be the Tribal set and looking forward to that on my female Norn Necromancer.

Pretty sure its just an NPC item. Not to say that it won't be implemented at some point, just AFAIK, right now it is not available to players. Its a large game, still early, so data on armor skins is still sparse and sketchy. I've spent countless hours scouring the net for skin discoveries, as well as in-game karma vendors and still have not covered them all. Shame, that looks hot. I would have created a Norn caster just to wear it.
