I got an account for my wife , but it would not load. Have a message saying that there is already a copy running. Come to find out that my wiwe tried to load it already but it got corrupted in the download process. My wife deleted the files and never got around to contacting arenanet to fix it. Already tried following the repair process from arena net. So, whilenI wait for arena net to get back to me, any suggestions on this?
try going into add/repair programs or programs under control pannel. if its not there to delete then try a system restore.

I think the program folders are under Program Files (x86) (if using windows 7 or vista) as well as in My Documents. There's a "Guild Wars 2" folder in My Documents. If you are ok with going into the registry go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Wow6432Node -> delete ArenaNet. Also, you might want to try and see if it will install in safe mode w/ networking.
