"I'm going to try to get some sleep, because I'm exhausted, and tomorrow is going to be a very long day. There is such a range of emotion I'm experiencing right now, but mostly I just want to say that I hope you guys love it. Love it forever, or love it and then move on to something else, but just love it, and know that three hundred of us melted down our hearts to give it to you. It's all yours soon."

 

This was from somebody on Reddit who has an ArenaNet employee that frequents his community's forums. I thought it was very awesome... as much as we're all in awe of everything that ANet has done for us and as excited as we are for it to launch - these guys & gals have poured everything they have into it for the past 5 years.

I'm seriously thinking these folks need more cookies.

You can tell someone who's put their blood, sweat and tears into a project.

It doesn't take much to see how ArenaNet loves Guild Wars. From the lore, to graphics, to gestures like what they did for Oldroar... they love what they do, and they want us to love Guild Wars as much as they do. I can't wish anything but success to them. And I want to be part of that (and I am!).
