Just saw this on their Facebook for 23 August 2012:
"We will be conducting a Stress Test TODAY from 1:00 PM PDT to 2:00 PM PDT."
I did have a slight download between early this morning and now.

Side note to this and copied from ANet's post: Please note: * The Stress Test is open to anyone who has pre-PURCHASED Guild Wars 2. * You will not be able to purchase gems.
I'm going to use the time to go check out Historian Goshkia. Guess I better get RaidCall working too.
Likewise, I'll be rolling a Charr and paying a visit to the good Historian. :)
