No. Once you purchase the game thats it. Only other thing that costs money with it would be micro transactions for extra stuff like extra bank slots, extra character slots, currency etc
Most likely expansions of some sort with time as well. But nope, no sub.
Just one of the many great selling points about the Guild Wars franchise ;)
