GMT?

Hi all,

I wasn't sure where to ask this question, or if I could find the information anywhere on the site.

I had a great time in the last beta, but seemed to miss most of the action.  Are there many others here in GMT or european times?

(I realise joining a mostly US guild, on the ESO US server, is obviously going to limit my contact opportunities.  In fact back when I played WoW the US servers suited me better.)

Hey mate, I am in Australia which is GMT+10 and am on at all different times.

I think once ESO officially starts up there will be events posted on the calendar like there are for GW2, and they tend to be at all different times. You should be able to find some events to join then, and it's a good way to meet people playing at the same time you are. Or just holler out in guild chat to see if anyone's around and want's to group up. Plus, if you look at the demographics you'll see we have a small group of UK/European folks in the guild.

Keep in mind too that the timezones that people live in don't always correlate to their playtimes. My nightshift roster frequently has me playing in the EU and Australasian prime times (which is ironic since I moved to Canada from Australia a while back).

A beta never reflects our guild activity/events or population accurately. Once a guild chapter like ESO is live, events pop up in all timezones. In Guild Wars 2 for instance, Fog and the event leaders frequently cover all timezones to make sure no-one gets left out.

One of the things I love about our massive family is that no matter when you log in, there will always be guildies online.

I usually end up with the Aussie crowd too, I'm in Alaska (-1hr PST,) but I generally play late night :)

Gaiscioch traditionally has 30+ people on at any hour in the games we play. It would be odd not to have people on off hours.
