GW2 activities?

Good morning,

I have been gone for awhile because I got bored of the game.  I don't typically like PVP combat, unless its like the RVR in DAOC, so when I got 4 level 50 characters I became a bit bored with the idea of no end game besides PVP.  I bounced to a few other games, and still have GRO and EQ2 that I am in from time to time.  I have tried to get back into GW2, and can not wait for ESO.  My question is, other then PVP, are there many dungeons run anymore?  What else is there to do besides the boring events that are super repetitive? I look at the calender and have seen a few dungeon runs, but not many that I can make.  Any advice that will give me a reason to have fun playing GW2 again will be great.

Dungeons don't usually get scheduled ahead of time. It's all pickup events. With only 5 people per group just say something in chat and people will love to join you. I hear several form up and run daily. 

Like Fog said, Dungeons don't generally get posted on the calendar but I have to say there is seldom a time that I am on and I don't see several groups form up for dungeons. All a person need do is post in guild chat that they are looking for a group for what ever dungeon and odds are you will have your group in no time.

As far as boredom in GW2 all I can say is Huh? I have 4 lvl 80's of different race/professions and I never can get enough. But then, I'm easily amused so I guess I can see how that may not be the case for everyone. Perhaps the day I've checked out every nook and cranny on the map and GW2 stops adding content I may also become bored.

In the mean time all I can offer is "Party on Dude and be Cool!" :)

A word of advice.

Don't take it personal when people don't want to run dungeons. Take your time, ask in different times of the day, use the LFG if not enough people in the family wants to run a dungeon at that time :3
