well it seems my password is no longer working, can't reset it because I can't seem to find the e-mail with my serial code when I bought the game... so I will be afk till I hear something from anet.... hopefully it doesn't take them to long to answer my ticket :(

account was ok.. anet fix the problem that same evening.... from wha ti can gather seems my password was composed of a word that is now on there blacklist so my password was blocked.... sadly there system doesn't let u know, they just block you out... even anet couldn't tell me why I was unable to log, I found out afterwards when I was trying to reset my password with variations of my original....
