Depends on your Browser, Firefox stores all of that in a profile folder, copy this folder to your new one, rename the new one to the old profile name.
I'm using Chrome, it synchronize automatically with my account, as soon as i log in.
If you need detailed help let me know, i can explain it step by step.
Can't help with other browsers.
If you haven't by now, I recommend using the cloud. (Dropbox, Google Drive, Skydrive, Sugarsync, Box, and Cubby, iCloud - for Macintosh users, (just to name a few) all offer a basic free account with a few gigs of storage. Use them all for your file transfer needs.)
I use many of these, each have their own pro's and cons. I've always used Google Docs (now called Google Drive). However, in the last year or so, i've come to rely on Sugarsync for a secure means of cloud storage. Sugarsync is nice because when you update a file on one machine (computer1, computer 2, laptop, tablet, or cell phone) it will update on all your devices. It's also perfect for when I take a picture on my cell phone. The picture is ready/waiting for me on my home computer.
And the best part of cloud storage is when the time comes when I upgrade my computer (or when my computer crashes - whichever happens first), I can easily have access to my important files, which are stored (securely) on the cloud.
I know many people are using Dropbox to save their browser settings, and have it available for all their devices. I prefer to use an encrypted thumb drive for web favorites/history and passwords. Here is a link to using Dropbox with IE, Firefox, or Chrome to sync your web activity: Use dropbox to save your web favs/history:
if you use chrome and a gmail account all you have to do is synchronize
