It's missing weapon emplacements and a BBQ platform.
They, along with a recliner and a mini fridge, are fastened to the roof. Just out of sight.

and you just open the door to shoot. ::shrug:: Nah, the recliner is inside and also works as the bed, kitchen chair, etc. The bbq could be hung on the other side where there is another window for access to it. Of course, what this really is, is a hunting lodge!

I can see problems with zombies just pushing this thing over. Doesn't look very sturdy. Granted put a machine gun placement up top and you really don't have much of a problem.
