good heavens! sounds like you and your staff could use some support. a day like that would give anyone PTSD... healing thoughts
::hugs:: Sounds like where I used to work, we just had no way to jump off the building though we have had people come back with guns. Will be praying that it gets better and you can manage being the manager there. Sounds pretty stressful. As for the guy on medical leave, I would say he is lucky. Where I worked, I was terminated last year after 6 months when STD ended.
Want to trade??? Just keep the faith my friend.....when we think we have it the worst, there's always someone else out there that has it just a little bit worse than you. The trick is.....don't ever be the very last guy who has it the worst.
Thank you all. Was just a very odd day. I have a great team that wanted me to be their manager and the news brightened their day after the trauma. I hope I don't disappoint them.
