Played the track Fog linked over top of the Guild Wars 2 Trailer - MAGIC!
Wow! Is all I can say. The expressions on her face is so appropriate and engaging. Loved the Skyrim vidio as well. <3 <3 <3 The violin bow always wins! Thank you for sharing these videos. Going to show my daughter. She wants to learn to play the violin. We'll see if she's still interrested after watching the videos. Wow! Thanks again. The backdrops where these videos are shot are so enspiring and lovely. Places that I'll never see. Kittara
Awesome vid. Have any of you ever checked out Caitlin? She is pretty good as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FmDx24ZU8g&feature=relmfu
I like your taste in music, Fog. After viewing that video I spent another couple of hours searching through youtube for both dubstep and Lindsey Stirling. Interesting sub-genre, to be sure. Wish Lindsey had a CD, but I guess this old phart will have to get with the times and look at downloads. *grins*
I really love ViolinTay. She's done a lot of classic covers (Zelda, FFVII) as well as newer games like Skyrim, Assassin's Creed and the LoL theme. http://www.youtube.com/user/ViolinTay?feature=watch If anyone is a fan of Square Enix music try http://www.finalfantasyradio.net Nobuo Uematsu is probably one of my favorite composers. If I ever get my harp re-strung I'd love to learn to play Aria di Mezzo Carattere.
This is a great find, thank you guys! Very cool combination of musical styles that you wouldn't expect to be so good. :)
