Fog, Question on Artifacts found

I found an artifact the other day doing Stillmore Instant adventure. I put in as a new discovery since it wasn't on the dropdown list at the top. Entered the coord and moved to fill in the information in the bottom section. (If "New Discovery":)

but...

I could type in its name, Spirit Taper, but the name of the collection wasn't in the dropdown below either. 

My question is 'What is the best way to get new collections in?' so the database is right.

The collection name is Symbols of Atia and I had to leave that in the "How to obtain:" section since I didn't know how to get it into the dropdown where the only options are Name:, Collection: (dropdown choice) and Item Number.

I've done a bit of research and this particular artifact can be found in several zones with a very low respawn rate. Checked Zam but they only have it listed to be found in Ember Isle but can spawn elsewhere. It is an Ember Isle artifact collection.

Ember Isle is a tough one but I added the collection. You additions wont show until they are approved so be patient :)

I was more concerned with it not being in the artifact collection drop down box hehe All the other ones I discovered were either in the first (or second) drop down boxes hehehe The one I posted about was in neither so wanted to know what to do if that situation happened again :)

If its a first it won't show in dropdown until its approced.

I can understand that, but, what's the best way to get it into the dropdown list? Post here? (forums) Email? (or Gaiscioch mail?) Add in a box on the artifacts page so we can enter a name that's not on the dropdown list? What would you like us to do or would be easiest? :)

I did have another question though. I've found the same artifact in several locations. Do you want us to just post it once or a separate entry for each location we find? Or would it be possible to maybe have an option to add more coordinates to an already found artifact. Not sure how easy that would be so its just a thought :)
