Sorry for disappearing for so long. I had a long and arduous cross-country move, in which I ran up a curb in the dark (the reflective sign was down so I didn't see it) which ended up destroying my oil pan, burning out the engine, and totaling my 11-year-old car, which was stuffed with belongings and two traumatized cats. I was stuck in the lovely town of Winchester, Virginia for three days with said cats in a luckily pet-friendly Red Roof Inn before my relatives drove all the way up from Alabama to pick us up and drive us the rest of the way. Now I'm car-less, but settled in Alabama with family who are being very supportive and a stay-at-home step-mother who is willing to do errands for me or drive me to do my own, so the lack of a car hasn't been that much of a hardship. That cats are settling in nicely - we have the whole upstairs floor to ourselves and while they don't come downstairs often because there are scary dogs down there, they've got plenty of room upstairs and aren't showing major signs of stress.
I still have some things to work out - primarily finding new doctors and applying for Alabama food stamps, but it looks like this is going to be a much better living situation for me than before, and I don't have to worry about wearing out my welcome. I'm back playing ESO on a regular basis, so hopefully I'll see many of you ingame. I'm not going to be running any events for awhile, but I hope to start something up, maybe in January. Let me know if there's an event you think would be good.
