Just wondering if anyone plays and had recommendations for sites with good info? Will be trying to make sure I know who all the starters are this year and would also like to know who the handcuffs are. I use rotoworld but I don't always find what I am looking for.

My friends and I usually just use the Yahoo Fantasy site and app for running the league, and it does a good job of providing information and recommendations. I'll also poke around on ESPN's fantasy pages for ideas, but I mostly rely on Yahoo and just watching games and recaps when I can. TBH our leagues aren't usually too big, so worrying about starters isn't usually a problem. Though you can check out https://www.fantasypros.com/nfl/running-back-handcuffs.php for 2016 rosters.
