The recipe here is for 2 pans about 13X9X2 and feeds 6 to 8
Here is what you need from store:
2 bags of Doritos (any favor you want I use the nacho)
2 cans rotel died tomatoes (I use the mild)
2 cans golden mushroom soup (I use campbells)
2 cans of chicken broth about 15ozs
2 cups of montery jack/cheddar shedded chesse
1 small can of sliced olives
4 skinless chicken breast about 4+ lbs rinse chicken and boilmin big pot with seasonings whatever you like. Boil for about 1 1/2 hrs let cool for a few hours then shred chicken into large bowl.
pre-heat oven at 350
In another large bowl you'll put all the cans but the olives into and mix real good
take the doritos and put 1 bag in each pan smash chips with palm of hand to flatten, the take shedded chicken and put on top of the doritos, the take the mixure of cans and put over the chicken divide the mixure the best you can, after that put the shredded chesse on top and add olives
you may have to cook one pan at a time for 35 to 45 mins some ovens may vary.
Let stand for 10 to 15 mins and Enjoy...
