Tips about Charisma 

• Rank 1 card - 3 points Charisma
• Rank 2 card - 6 points Charisma
• Rank 3 card - 9 points Charisma
• Rank 4 card - 12 points Charisma
• Rank 5 card - 15 points Charisma

Whoflung show me one skill Charisma perk card called "Rad Sponge" Rank 1 - 3. These help with blast zones which is cause by launching a nuke from a silo. Requires being a General in the Enclave storyline.

This perk card removes radiation acquired while in a blast zone.

SO a few from my own thoughts and such.... 

Like workshop nights having the following.

• Endurance perk card (level 19) Homebody Rank 2
• Endurance perk card (level 47) Photosynthetic Rank 2
• Endurance perk card (level 15) Cannibal Rank 1 -3
• Charisma card (level 44) Rad Sponge Rank 1 -3.

These will allow manner of hunger to be reduced while healing and removing radiation from cannibal perk. 

For blast zone areas 

• Charisma card (level 44) Rad Sponge works wonders
• Perception card (level 33) Glow Sight Rank 3 for the mobs
• Perception card (level 4) Green Thumb
• Intelligence card (level 44) Power Patcher Rank 3 which reduces damage power armor takes
• Intelligence card (level 50) Power User Rank 1 - 2 allows Fusion Cores to last longer
• Luck card (level 5) Serendipity Rank 3 avoids damage below 30% at 45% chance to happen
• Tested and works well with the blast zone build.... Endurance perk card (level 36) Ghoulish Rank 2+ regen health as you take radiation damage.
