No improvements yet, but they did mention during their Quakecon panel that they had future plans to improve the Werewolf. When that might be, or what, is a lolcrapshoot.
bums me out a bit, I really want a werewolf, I've seen them do crazy dmg in AvA, but since its a ultimate they seem to be limited.. when compared to vamp they are so lacking, even in passives
Its safe to wait. Unlike Vampire, WW doesn't level with your character (it has to be leveled independently), so you can get it at Vet and not miss out. Actually, it should be a bit easier to level up if you're running with an AOE group. Need lots of mobs to kill in a short amount of time, which is kind of a problem at <50 levels.
guess this is where public dungeons would come in handy.. lots of mobs fast spawning.. go in there with 4-5 ppl and just run in circles
Supposedly, the best place to level WW (for sub-50) is a battle just before the Mol B phase. Something about if you don't complete something, the mobs keep spawning, are easy to kill and people have leveled their WW lines in a matter of a couple of hours, there.
Not totally sure of details or if its still current, its been a while since I read a post that mentioned that tip. I figured I'd blow off WW for now, Sekk has it, but I'm not playing him, so I'm not in a rush to get anything done.
Werewolves are good under some conditions. run with a pack of fellow werewolves in pvp, get gear that reduces transformation costs, be sure one of your group members is speced for pack leader, not all berserker. They are much stronger in packs.
thx izzy.. if they bring half of what they are saying there it would be a very nice change to WW
working on lvl my toon up to get it. hopefully wont take me to long might try and create an event once I do for other WW so we can run together and lvl them up
The best way to level WW for higher level characters is to actually stay in the werewolf quest area and kill the mobs in there. The reason for this is you have a permanent werewolf buff, unlike normal where you need to farm ~800 ultimate for a 30 second romp. The mobs respawn about as quickly as you can clear the zone, and you will be able to get WW to 10 in short order. The trick is to make sure you have some time when you do this, because once you log out you lose the buff, even if you stay in the quest area.
*Credit to Tricks for this method*
I am not a good killer. I play nightblade because I can sneak and kill as little as possible. Or without in your face melee. It very difficult for me to kill many bosses. But the one exception is werewolf. I seem to be able to dispatch them with ease. So far. Just saying.
So I manage to get my WW at lvl 24, wasn't easy but I manage to kill a Troll simply because I couldn't get the mammoth to spawn (mammoths are apparently the easiest to kill)
Now I would like to create a WW pack for the Tuesdays clubnight, and was wondering if there were enough WW out there on lowbies to run with this
and I do plan on morphing my WW into a pack leader in hope to for a dagger group to go in a clear out mobs in style
I have werewolf on my level 28. I think I have the line nearly to 9.

The Snow Troll is actually the easiest, because its the only non-Elite boss of the possibilities. There is another Elite troll that will assbeat a level 50, no one ever wants that one.
well was hoping to get a few of us to group so our bonus stack up. being able to stay in WW longer would be fun.... and not being able to heal in WW form having some healers follow us around to make sure we stay alive... I know WW aren't as opp as vamps, but I've seen organise group scatter arrond from WW simply because they hit hard and dfast and if you get a chance to drop you fear skill in a group it just breaks them apart..
even if we are in a normal guild raid making sure we are running together and droping our ults at the same time would be fun thing to see.. well I think anyways, I've enjoyed my WW a lot since I got it even if sometimes I get killed quick
well I grabbed pact leader for myself, but having a few berserkers for extra dmg would be good to have
I'd love to have WW on at least one character, just to see what it's like. Saw a bite being sold yesterday for around 7k >.< I guess it just depends on who you know? ;)
yeah don't buy it, there are plenty in the guild who can get that for you...
for those who have WW that can attend fogs event on Tuesday let me know, so we can organise our groups
That was my plan, I had an entire "pack guild" concept designed around it, but it changed because WW wasn't quite designed the way I needed it to be. The changes that they've been teasing about might work for what I wanted to do, but tbh, those will be a day late and a dollar short for me. My time with ESO comes to a close in early October.
For a while, at least.
I've seen it do that a few times.. mostly in ava, almost like there is a lag spike and animation is cut short....
have to say I used my WW last night in AvA and on flag pushs it work great with the fear skill..
I've been trying to get a WW bite for a couple of weeks. If anyone has one available, please let @dmmagic know :-)
i should have one by Wednesday if you haven't found one by then
ok folks if I were to make this event during the day, would that be ok with most of you WW out there.. night are kind of full and fi I run in to many event my wife will have my head :)..... I would be looking at a 1:30 est start, guess that is sort of a morning event for pst ppl
ok I've created a WW guild called Doreth's Den, those interested in joining a this new WW guild let me know I'll send you and invite
Been looking at different build ppl are running with there werewolf and was wondering how ppl who have one in the guild run there's...
for myself here are my info's:
race: Argonian.. reason for this is there disease and poison resist, cause well as you know WW take 50% extra dmg from poison
class: Dk, the way I had plan to use Dk was for there ability to stack shield and dmg buff...
Weapon: I run a Two handed sword, simply because WW dmg is based off your stam, so I run a high lvl stam build
ok I have some nice pics from our WW run from last night, saddly I have no clue how to get them on this site.. can someone help me out here
Alright Doreth.
If you are going to use 1 drive your going to want to share the image. So you want to find the image you want to load up here in OneDrive, right + click, and highlight share. A menu will pop up and your going to want to select "Get A Link" towards the left. You'll either want to select "View" or "Public", not sure what the difference is. Then have it create a link. You can either use that link directly or shorten it. If you shorten it i'm sure that after say 30 days or so the link will break.
Then once you have that link, go to the image picture thing in the topic menu. It looks like mountains and a sun. Click that and insert said link. It should then embed the image in the post.
Apparently it isn't quite that simple. We have to do the more complicated version. So go find the photo in OneDrive you want to share, right + click, select embed. It's going to give you some HTML to insert into the post. Copy the HTML, all of it. After you have that source code you have to go to the "Edit Source" command in the post. It looks like "<>". It'll give the raw post data. Find the location in there you want to post the images. Paragraphs begin with <p> and end with </p> . Past the html into there and you should see it as seen below.
I try to stray away from getting raw links into images from cloud services. If they don't know that the resource is going to be viewable from outside, they don't know to keep the links active. If you embed or share the image they know that you want this viewable elsewhere and should try to keep them veiwable.

ok to complicated lol
here you go little WW show.. TY Nos for helping me post these
NP man. I'm sorry I had to give you the round about answer. I imagined it being way easier to do.
yeah it was, I had already figured out most of it, except how to put them inhere, the <> was the key and I couldn't figure that out
Sorry for the foolish question, but I have lost track of ESO.
Have the Werewolf fixes gone live yet?
If they have are they enough to make werewolves viable, particularly in AvA vs. the Vamps?
This was one of the things that I feel needed to be fixed before I return to ESO.
Werewolves are awesome now. In AVA you can wreck people fairly easily as a WW.
I've seen ppl bring down the pain real fast with a WW... we can pounce from a hell of a way out, and simple light attacks that we can get in very fast can hit up to 500dmg, that's not counting the bleed you get in there plus whatever other buff you have on you... I've gone in AvA zone questing with my lvl 40 WW and have some problems killing mobs but as soon as I morph into a WW I destroy everything..
Here's a question I have since turning my templar into a werewolf. I've been really good at chaining mobs in order to keep my form up as long as possible. In the process I've been able to refill my ultimate again. I've made the mistake of hitting it, thinking that it would reset the timer or something, but instead automatically drop out of form. Is that working as intended? I know I've I have fat fingered the ult a couples times in combat only to find myself in a huddled mass of stunned failure so I've avoiding trying to test it out more, lol.
I think it is how its sopose to work. does the same for me.... even tried putting another ult there, would be really awsoem if you could drop (im a DK) a banner while in WW... but sadly it doesn't let you
