Okay, here are my answers.
1) Dungeons
There are now the Undaunted Pledges. These are quests you can get once every 20 hours. One for non-veteran and one for veteran. Quite a few people of the guild are enjoying these and I've done a few with them. It gives a reason to do them. You also get a bronze, silver or gold reward when completing them. Even if you don't complete a dungeon, which can happen on the veteran ones, you still have a chance at a bronze reward for your effort.
The other cool thing is the instance dungeons will now rank to the leader of the group. Most of us have been making the lowest member the lead before going in primarily for the ease of the lowest ranking member to be able to handle the mobs without feeling under powered. It also eases off the hardness of a dungeon some. Of course, a dungeon can not be rated below it's original rated level. So say it is ranked at L30, it won't go below that even if your leader is lower.
2) Phasing
It still exists, but they tweaked some things so it is definitely there in some hubs, but not as major as it was. You will still have to deal with it if playing with another person and wanting to stay on track with them. It is suggested you have characters you play together and ones for when you can't just so either of you can play whenever, but not leave the other in the dust on some things.
3) Champion System
The last phase of this rolls out on the PTS right after the new year. There is no set date for Live yet that I can tell. I suggest researching the info as it is a rather complex and cool system. It's a lot like AA's (think they were called that) in Rift. Basically instead of just having veteran ranks, you gain points through this system to apply to an interesting weave of passives that help strengthen your character. This changes a lot at the veteran ranks and I'm definitely looking forward to actually spending some time on PTS to figure this one out.
That is my summation without going into a dissertation on you. =)
