I know where the respec shrine is and how much it costs. What I need to know is do you get all your points back and you rebuy all your skills or can you pick and choose? If you rebuy all your skills, do you have to level them up again? As an example, I have winged twilight leveled up. Can I keep it? If I have to rebuy it, do I have to level it up again? I have looked at many on line resources and can not seem to find an answer. Thank you in advance for your help. =)
You receive all of your skills back. It remembers where in the level process you were at when you respecced. You will not need to relevel up the skills. Also, with the coming patch this Monday will be a free or greatly reduced cost respec.
WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE UPDATE MONDAY TO RESPEC!!!!
They are drastically reducing the cost of resetting your skill points for a few weeks after the update to 1.3. Don't respec now and spend thousands of gold when you can do it for hundreds after the update.
I'm so cheap, I'm waiting for my free respec that we'll get for 1.3 lol.
