I can't get the launcher to open and tech support hasn't been any help. 

I knew I shouldn't have bought this game.

I can't get a close-up on the Character Creator to fine-tune head and facial features.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Ezsme I had that problem with my first (main) character.  It was fine with subsequent characters.

I had the same issue with the first char as well.

Zaar- Have you tried using the program icon directly from the install folder? I had a similar issue with the game in beta and I used the main application exe instead of the launcher exe and it worked.

Morolt, I tried what you suggested.  I was able to open the game, but kept timing out while trying to log in.

Was there a patch since last beta?

The zoom feature during creation is a known issue. Make a "junk" character and log in, then log out and make another char. You should be able to zoom on that one.

I found out about the zoom issue the hard way. Ended up with a wood elf with crossed pink eyes. /shudder
