If you are in the guild, then guild chat is a great option. You can also look around on GameVox.
There are scheduled events on the calendar, we run 4-man dungeons under the title "Undaunted", and map clear events involve the Group dungeon. As Jairone pointed out, jump on gamevox, folks are usually up for just about anything.
