Last night, an agent of shadow whom I shall not name, took on 4 single-target contracts and 2 double-targets contracts.

I think I might execute a few of these tonight. I'll keep a look out for the next event.

You sure can, although I must mention that from the result of last night hunt, most target were a pretty ordinary looking pile of dust after the execution:).

If not, for this level of contract, no official proof is needed. (Screenshots are awesome if possible!)

Down the road, things will get a bit more complicated for whoever wishes to fullfill those contracts;)... but that is all I am going to say about that for now! I'll leave it to be discovered when the time comes.
