I actually saw it up today. If people wish to check sometime to see if it is up and kill the thing for those on their nirnhoned line, I would be happy to tag along. I fought for a while just playing around, so I have a good idea of the mechanics involved.
I dont know what it is but I want to kill it anyhow. I will probably be on at around 1000 eastern tonight if you want to kill it then

Haven't finished lower craiglorn yet, hope it's all fixed before I get to it.
Yeah, we had done the quest and had it not spawn. So I wandered in as I was in the area, and noticed it had spawned. Thought that was rather odd.
Swung back by just to check, and not there. Wondering if this is really just bugged to spawn at a given set of times, and despawn after so long.
This issue has been around for months. I'm thinking it may be on a time basis, since when I saw it was ~1:30-1:45 PM Pacific. It despawned while I goofed around after having had fun poking at it, with nobody really showing interest in killing it.

Three of us killed this boss today, and two of us snuck in and finished the next part by skipping one of the bosses in the delve (Two manning an upper craglorn quest isn't bad, right?)
Anyway, if other people need this, it can easily be checked. Just give a shout out, and if nothing else I will help when I am on.
