Rawhide? Any suggestions of where and what to farm

During beta, it seemed the critters (especially the mudcrabs) would practically burp rawhide up as you walked past them.  (LOL)   Since early access, the rawhide loot has become more difficult to come by.  I have 2 toons I'm rolling now through Bal Foyen and Stonefalls and would like to focus on rawhide farming.  In Bleakrock, I killed bears (mostly dropped damaged pelts), wolves, mudcrabs, deer, etc and only have to make a couple pieces.  Have the Daedric cursed my ESO account or are there areas and critters in Stonefalls and Bal Foyen I should concentrate my efforts in?

Crow's Wood is a great place to farm for Rawhide. If you can get a small group and concentrate on aoe damage you can just sit and farm the rapidly spawning wolves and bats.

That is what I was going to suggest Kalla :-)  Also the crabs in Fungal Grotto will net you some really fast hides, but I think ultimately crows nest can get you....100 every 15-20 mins or so.
