Has anyone seen any content or plans for jewelry crafting? I know in Skyrim you used gold, silver ingots and gems to create jewelry but I dont recall seeing anything like that in ESO?

Interesting, I haven't wondered about those equipment slots. I've ran across enchantments for Jewelery but have never seen anything under BS and that's what I've concentrated on during the last beta events.
Have not seen anything like that to craft. You do get various rewards that are nice for those slots.
Right now you can't craft jewelry, maybe it will be added later on, but there is no news on that as yet. You can add glyphs to enchant your jewelry though, or most jewelry, some pieces that are already enchanted quest rewards can't be.
