Personally, I'm really interested in the Bretons. Not only are the most Gaelic of the ES races, but the race suits perfectly my concept of a lightning-slinging mage. With the official presence going Ebonheart, I'm considering two characters just now. Anyone else interested much in the Daggerfall side?
I am absolutely going to make a Covenant. it would be foolish to not do so from a gold making standpoint. One has to cover all 3 factions in order to maximize farming and profit potential.
I have alwayts had a breton toon in most of the games same as a dark elf or imperial , so yea while i`m making toons in ebonheart I am also making a daggerfalll breton Templar , and seeing they have quite a few Knight orders it`ll be perfect .
But i`m making nord sorc and making him a DAOC Thane as a nord Paladin seems silly , unless i twist it to a shaman type build .
Dark elf is an oldschool EQ darkelf Shadow knight build using nightblade .
Might make a Argonian Templar and have him be a follower of Anu the god of light that very few of the argonian still worship hehe .

Now I will probably mess with the other sides too just for the PvE and story, but I'll stick with the guild and Daggerfell for the PvP stuff. From what little I know that PvP should be more like what I really want. Well, when my hands can handle the constant holding of keys to run around and fight. ;) That's what would kill me a lot in GW2 when I wvw'd a lot.

I actually would have liked to play Daggerfall with the family because then I get to play as an orc!

Oh dang I got that wrong - Brain Freeze! And I knew the right one too! Just like I couldn't look at the right breaker for the water heater because I kept looking at the word water on the one for the pump instead. Yeah, it's one of those weeks. Maybe once I have hot water again so I can actually shower instead of sponge bath I can get the brain thawed out. HA HA!
I may make an alt there. Huge fan of Frank Herbert's Dune, and the Redguard fit their lore rather well.
I will definitely have an alt in Daggerfall covenant because it is the part of Tamriel that I have always loved the most. I will also have an alt in Aldemeri Dominion because I have always wanted to see the elven homeland in Tamriel as it has never been seen before. That being said, the family is rolling Ebonheart Pact as well as a long term friend guild of mine so my Main character will be a Nord or Argonian so I can smash heads among friends and family.
I plan on being Daggerfall, cause that's where my brothers will be playing. But I'll have an Ebonheart toon too.
I plan to have a breton toon. Maybe main or alt Dunno. If ebon like guild most likely Dark Elf.
I really want to see what a redguard dragon knight can do, I think that would be a very good match, plus I'm going to create a Breton Templar as I think thats a good match.
I'm definitely planning to do some Daggerfall action. See you there.

The Daggerfall Covenant does have some interesting races. I'm tempted to try something there as well. Must focus! I don't want to overwhelm myself, though. I already have two rather detailed builds In mind for EP, so that will have to wait.

But seriously, Brenton's right now cater to my visual appeal at the moment. But i would like to try out all the races eventually, but Brenton will be first and will be what i'll be focusing on within the first year of the games release.
Just pre-order the game, then you can roll any race you want to and still play on the EP side.
Of course, it's not just about race choice, for many.
I will have 3 of each faction (provided I can buy a 9th slot), so yes, yes I will. A main on each faction. :) I really like the Orcs (very Klingon like) and Glenumbra's wild flavor.
Where are all of you getting that we will be on Daggerfall, though? I thought we were Ebonheart Pact.

Simple as that! ;) I'll visit my homeland when Veteran Ranks will be a reality for my Char.
First I will be a Breton Sorcerer Archer that will join his cousins the Nord and the Ebonheart Pack to fight for the survival of Tamriel and next will be a Nord Dragon knight to get up close and see the action!
Just remember you will need an Ebenheart Pact character to do anything with Gaiscioch. Otherwise have fun Covenant Scum and Dominion Wealings as we Pact with beat you into submission with the chain of command.

After having fought in Ebonheart in Cyrodil I feel like a bad mother I have NO LOVE for my Breton and Khajit in the AD and DC. I don't know.
I havw been playing daggerfall since day before I joined the guild. I did not know everyone was playing ebonheart when Tintreach had me enlist. Add me @ethanextinction in game and I will run quests with you. Im currently almost level 20 but I would nt mind backtracking to help you get up to speed if you do decide to roll with DFC.
I have 2 toons in Ebonhart that I primarily concentrate on playing, because that is the "home" of GSCH. But to experience the other lands, I have a Lvl 16 woodworker in Aldmeri and a Level 6 in Daggerfall. I really enjoyed Daggerfall lands in beta and am digging the templar redguard I created.
But huh? Are we going to have more of a guild presence in Daggerfall? Is something posted on the forums that talks about this?
Though I primarily play in EP; there are times when I do work on my AD and DC toons and were wishing I had some guildmates to do the anchors or dungeons with. (and events!) I dunno why, but either my timing is bad or the AD people don't seem to like to do the dolmens. I usually only get 2 other brave souls showing up at the dolmens and we three die a very inglorious death. LOL

Ah well, the sentiment still holds true. I do wish there was some sort of guild presence there and in AD. I guess there sort of is . . . can type in chat guild.
I love my orc. And since I got her the name Sanguineous, I cannot help but run with thcovenant at least part of the time!
My level 22 Templar, Kul'Seth is a Breton. He's my first true Healer in any MMO so I've got a lot to learn, but I'm ready and willing to heal groups if anyone wants to run with the Covenant. I also have a lvl 15 Breton Sorc, a battle-mage if you will, for DPS.
I have an Orc Templar, and a Breton hobo sorc both at level ten.
I'm gonna be doing some AvA at some point and start leveling one of them. I got home campaign stuck as Wabbajack until I can earn the points for a tranfer, so planning to guest on an active campaign when I find a good candidate.
Bkitt and I are both rolling new alts on DC this evening with another coworker. we're returning to ESO after a substantial break and with the 1.6 changes thought it might be fun to start fresh toons to get used to the mechanics again,etc.
Would welcome some company if anyone has interest.
