I just checked out my account and one of the items for issues with headstart was added to my account on 3/7 for claiming.
The items I get for CBT2 were added on 3/9, but I hadn't claimed them yet. Just did that. If I don't see them in the game in a couple of days, I'll post about it.
I just got mine last night after getting home from work.
I posted to the thread because I never got my 500 loyalty points, though they appeared later that night. Go figure.
BTW they said we would be getting a title for the triathlon, due to a miscommunication.
