I first talked to the Ossuary Keeper named Houtman.

I then talked to all the guards and went inside the tomb. Inside there are two statues in the main room that you can read about, but it will cost you energy. Read both statues.

After that you need to go back out and walk around the building. There are four statues on each side, that also cost energy to read. One is on a ledge. After you read these you will gain both set of knowledge.
