This 7-year-old game made its way to Steam 2 years ago and launched a new open-world mode recently which largely resembles Conqueror's Blade mixed with Townsmen a mobile empire-builder game where you build up your settlement and improve your building. With Conqueror's Blade being bombarded with a DDOS assault many of us have decided to try out the new mode in Blood of Steel.
If you want to play a slightly rough-around-the-edges game with us while we wait for Conqueror's Blade to be fixed. Come to hang out and see some of the ways this predecessor to the genre handled some of the interesting city-building strategies.
What do we plan to do this month?
We have found that participating in the Battle of Tripod is quite lucrative even if sometimes a bit boring. We tried one battle with Kodlak and me and no opposition showed up. We each walked away with about $20 worth of real-world cash shop currency as a reward as well as a ton of other stuff. We plan to make this a weekly endeavor through November. These battles take place on Saturday at 7 PM PT (immediately following TW in CB) and last about an hour. Those who are signed up to play can show up late and still join but they must be on the roster Friday Night when the rosters lock down to participate.
In addition, we will try to secure land in their version of Territory Wars. Participants must have a manor above level 12 and have at least green units available to them. It is advised to have your favorite Hero above level 15 and ensure they have adequate support to fight 10 units of rebels. We can divide into 5-man teams and take several pieces of land. This is done in 3, 1-hour battles Sunday night starting at 7 PM PT. I will make the declarations Saturday and slot the rosters based on your battalion in the roster. I have us divided up into Bear, Dragon, Wolf, and Tiger. If we can get 2 teams of 5 players attending I'm certain we can conquer a good-sized chunk of land. The map is massive and much of it is unclaimed land.

Join our Blood of Steel Adventure and enable the Blood of Steel tag on Discord. Download Blood of Steel from Steam and be sure to join the Guild "Gaisicoch" on the North American server on both the Instanced Battle game mode and on the Open World game mode. Both modes function independently.
