What started as a very rough takeoff has begun to normalize and stabilize. The instant rush of people who were expecting the eastern game localized for the west caused disconnection issues as well as other server integrity problems that NEOWIZ wasn't quite expecting. The general public largely overlooked the fact that the game was part of Steam's Early Access program which is essentially public beta testing and a good way to help up and coming developers fund the development of their titles. It was not a full game release and that upset quite a few people.
Bless Online claimed from the beginning that the western version would not be the same as the eastern version and is being re-developed as a game for western audiences. Many of the core features in the eastern version are missing and may or may not be included in the western release. The bottom line is the game is a work in progress and the official release is likely still a year out. That said there are a lot of cool areas to explore that have yet to be populated by npc's making for some great screenshot taking. Server Consolidation
It was announced last week that they will be merging all of the current temporary launch servers into 2 new servers now that things have stabilized. Depending on how the migration system works, we are targeting to migrate our Hieron characters to Hilan and our Union characters to Kairos.
Bless Online Sunday Events
For the month of July I will be taking my Bless Online event off the calendar to spend time with my daughter. However come August I'll be looking to get them going again in a more siege focused manor. I may change the date and time depending on how many people are still playing and are interested. I really am looking forward to the 75v75 warfare coming soon. I'm hoping to have a core group of 5-10 of us that can explore this side of the game come August. Keep an eye on the calendar for future events. Also feel free to schedule events for Bless Online. You too can lead events :D.
Bless Online Guild Membership / Alt Policy Expansion
For those of you splitting time between characters we have begun to allow a second character in the guild. We ask that you try to group up and do things together as much as possible to increase our guild level and allow us to involve more people. We will be rotating out dormant characters that have not played in more than 14 days.
