Its been a long day .. I found a quiet place in this new area called Telara... to await my sisters and rest for the night.
I had an exciting day. I talked to several of the People who gave me orders to complete. Marshal Kain seemed to love war and he said hes ruthless in it, and I have to say he looks it.
Seinna Faralon told me of how she fell from the bridge when the defiants blew it up. It seems the Guardians were crossing to destroy thier Arc of the Ascended that they had made. They created it to replicate the Ascension of the Vigil. She said that they couldn't let that happen. But the defiants destroyed the bridge rather than face them in honorable combat. She lives with the images of her slain comrades faces as they fell from the bridge. What a pain that she must carry in her heart.
Alwin Dember told me how the defiants ended the peace when they destroyed the bridge. He Still can vision our Guardian comrades floating in the water. He told me of Port Scion being the rock in which they built peace betwen the guardians and the defiants. He said that Alsbeth allowed Reulos to stretch his horrendious talons through the ward. She then stole the heart of Regulos from the valuts and unleashed a death rift over the City. King Zareph gave his life to shut off the City and trap the evil within. We are now at war with the Defiants because of their actions that day.
Captain Glott told me that he waited 20 years for the ascended who shattered the body of Reulos avatar ending the Mathosian war to return. He has great hope that we can right the wrong.
Captain Silern told me that we will fight to our deaths to make sure the defiants do no allow the dragons to destroy Telara.
Im anxious to see my sisters but tired also. I found some men to talk to about gathering, mining and butchering. I am anxious to get started making some new clothes. My armour looks quite tattered at this moment from the battles of the day.
I must rest some till they come... as I stare in the fire I hope that they too made it though this day.
