A Very Early Morning

We had just cleared the altered plane of Earth encroaching on the desert of the far south the night before when I felt the call of duty once more. It was not a far ride from home to the Northwestern firesand desert. There I came upon a group I've hunted with before, several months back.

Normally I am uneasy around so many Guardians, but I have found at least in these, the desire to save Telara outweighs their hold on Vigil. We worked together to ensure the rifts were closed and the recruits still new to their training were kept safe. Being from a family of protectors, it came naturally to me.

I let my own Family know of my activities and after a little bit of delay they joined me out in the desert with our new comrade in arms. the larger group went off to other tasks later, but we stayed around a bit longer to clear out some more rifts. I begged off though, for it had been a late night of fighting Uruuluk and his captains and an early morning jaunt in the sands. I look forward to many other adventures with this group.
