The basics!:

1.  Special attacks are the red aura bash to interrupt attacks.
2.  Heavy attacks are the yellow aura block required type attacks.
3.  Ground effects will always be discussed as AOE.  I will attempt to make sure I discuss where these are placed.
4.  Shrug off refers to the ability to remove effects that stun you with both mouse buttons, just like the bash attacks.
5.  Incidental AOE is damage that affects additional targets near a main target, when the ability is part of your single target attack setup.

Akash Gra-Mal:

Heavy attack.  Block it.
She leaps at players.  After this leap attack, she will run back to the tank, attacking nearby players by whirling her weapon.  Just step away.
She uses a frontal cone attack.  Tanks face her away from the party.

Ancient Spriggan:

The boss has a few adds to start, AOE them.
Every so often the boss will summon a single add.  Incidental AOE will be highly useful for killing it, otherwise just kill it to keep them from building up.
Again, a frontal cone attack.  Tanks face the boss away from the party.

Chokethorn:

Pulls ranged in.
Uses a self-centered AOE.  Get out of it, it hurts and stuns.
Summons healing adds.  Kill them.  Melee can bash between larger attacks to help reduce healing to the boss.

Nenesh Gro-Mal:

He starts with adds.  Kill them.  Focus healers and AOE.
He turns invisible early on.  The tank must watch for his re-appearance and pick him up.
He uses a Heavy attack.  Block it.
He drops a lightning pool.  Get out of it.  It stuns and does damage.
He uses a lightning form ability, like a Sorc.  It boosts his defenses, but there is really nothing to be done.

Leafseether:

This boss pulls everyone in.  Get behind it swiftly unless you are tanking.
The boss uses a frontal cone attack.  Face it away from the group.
The boss leaps on the tank.  It must be healed.

Canonreave Oraneth:

She uses a ranged poison DoT effect.  Heal your party member up, or they will die.
She places a rune under a player.  Get out of it.  It will root you for a bit if you are caught, Shrug it Off.  This rune spawns 4 skeletons after a bit, which causes it to vanish.
The skeletons vanish after 15 seconds.  You may use abilities to root them, or you may kill them.
She also uses a very quick self-centered AOE which hurts and stuns.  Get out of it, and if you have a ranged spec you may benefit from using it here.
