The Story of Talist Cont.

We rode to Sanctum to report what was going on. The city was in arms. There had already been several smaller attacks, but nothing like what we had dealt with. I sighed as I climbed the steps into the main part of Sanctum. Sain, Grogin and Faedrin were ahead of us, and I let out a soft sigh. Nioua trotted up next to me, and smiled, speaking softly to me, "Cheer up girl, I don't think he will be TOO mad at you and you DID have backup this time!" She giggled and ran ahead, and I smiled to myself as Siet joined her and the started a conversation with the dwarf Grogin. Lagging behind gave me time to study everyone, as I dodged those soldiers and others who were walking with purpose. I had to admit, the elf was good looking. A point my sisters had not stopped letting me know about. I had merely shrugged to their questions. He seemed nice enough, but nice could be deceiving. I did not trust easily and I was not looking forward to giving the report to Cyril Kalmar and Shyla Starhearth. Well Shyla wasn't bad...

Background on my characters

So here I will give you a little background on my characters.

Talist
Nainess
Niira
Nioua
Naedi
Siet

Talist is my main, she is a Mathosian female Warrior of the Beastmaster/Paragon/Riftblade spec. She died at age 12, a mere child when her town was over run. She tried in vain to save the other children of her town, but did not succeed. She was the last to die. Sadly, after becoming ascended, she still remembers everything so it has made her very shy, and introverted. The Vigil brought her back as an adult, seeing great promise in her as a warrior with a true heart. She is very small in stature, but due to the fact she died as a child, she does not have 'the ways of the world' down. She is a child in a womans body still. 4 dwarf women, all ascended, took her under their wing and claimed her as their sister. (Naedi, Niira, Nioua and Siet) (these are my alts, a couple of which I will be deleting to make defiant chars for the guild on that side, but they will still remain in my heart and in my writing)...

The Story of Talist

Just for reference before I start writing: Talist is a female Math, looking to be approximately 20ish in age, very small and petite in stature. She is a warrior, of the Beastmaster/Paragon/Riftblade spec and RP and storywise, is normally found to be hanging out with four female dwarfs, Niira, Naedi, Nioua and Siet. (my alts)

Talist looked around the forest, cocking her head slightly, senses alert to a danger she could not see, nor hear but was aware of. A soft yowl took her out of her musings, and she looked down at Zistan, her spirit beast. He hissed softly and paced restlessly back and forth in front of her. "Yes dear, I know, I feel it too, let me figure out where its coming from..." her hand strayed to the beasts head, soothing him even as she felt something inside her shift. She tensed. There, a slight sound but to her trained ears it sounded like a battle shout. She resettled her swords and gave a soft whistle. At the noise, the four female dwarfs sitting at the fire they had built against the clinging damp coolness of the early morn, rose silently and gathered their gear...
