You only live once, or at least so I thought. Early on I decided to live the way I wanted...to do the things I wanted, in spite of everyone else. If I saw something I wanted, I took it, and may the ancestors have pity on those who objected.
Liar, cheater, thief...murderer: these words, and many others were used to describe me in my old life. I brought shame onto myself, my family, my tribe and the Bahmi people in my quest for self-elevation. And it was not long before they used a new word to describe me: outcast. It was only then that I finally felt my shame. Too late...far too late. Mercifully, my shame was fleeting. Without the protection of my people, I didn't last long.
When I was plucked from the Soulstream, I could only ask a single question: Why? Of all the great Bahmi heroes they could have taken, why me? They say it is random, but I don't believe in coincidence.
As I set about the tasks they placed before me, the reason became crystal clear. It was not my history that they needed...it was my WILL that serves them best. My desire...no, my NEED to grind my opponents into the dust without mercy or compassion...because such concepts are alien to the minions of Regulos.
I still wear the shame of my past life like chains of my own making. But with every abyssal creature I send screaming back to the planes, I shatter one more link. I seek is redemption...not for myself, but for the world. I cannot ask for forgiveness, for there is not enough in the world for me.
The minions of Regulos will know the name Tchalri well. Every rift they step through will fill them with dread, out of fear that I will be waiting for them on the other side. When they sleep, I will be the monster that torments them in their nightmares. And they will weep when they hear my name.
